Ingredients
- 1 cup moong dal
- 1 tablespoon chana dal
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon chana dal
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- Hing
- Curry Leaves
- Salt as needed
- 4 ablespoon Coconut
- 4 green chillies
- coriander leaves to garnish
- 2 lemon

Instructions
- Wash and Soak moong dal and a tablespoon of Channa dal for 4 hours. Grind it in a mixie jar with salt needed. Consistency must be like dosa batter. Set aside.
- Take a mixie jar , add coconut and green chillies . Grind it without adding water. Set aside
- Take a idly plate, apply some oil , add moong dal batter and make idlies. It will take around 10 to 15 minutes. Cool it completely.
- Crumble the idlies coarsely with your hands or using mixie jar for better result.cut the idlies into 2 or 3 pieces and put it in the mixie and pulse it for a few seconds. Set aside.
- Take a pan, add oil when it begins to splutter add Channa dal, urad dal, hing , curry leaves, saute for a min.
- Add crumbled idlies, coconut and green chilly mixture and salt. Mix it well.
- Squeeze 2 lemons and mix well for tangy taste.
- Granish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
