Mushroom Momos Recipe

Ingredients
For the Dough
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Water As Required
For the Filling
- 1 cup Chopped Button Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp chopped spring onion whites
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt Or to Taste
- Oil As Required

Instructions
- Mix the flour, oil and Salt in a bowl. Adding water little by little, knead it into a dough. Cover with a moist cloth and set aside.
- In a wok, heat some oil, and add the garlic, spring onion whites and mushrooms. The mushrooms might release some water at first, but keep sauteing till it dries up.
- Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper and keep on flame for 4-5 minutes. Remove from flame and set aside.
- Take the dough and divide them into small round balls. Roll each ball into a flat little circle of a 2-3 inch diameter.
- Place a tbsp of stuffing inside each circle and pleat the edges before joining them together in the middle.
- When all the momos are ready, arrange them inside a steamer or pressure cooker and steam till they are perfectly cooked.
- Relish the steaming hot momos with a side of spicy chilli sauce.
