Nutella Empanadas Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large chopped banana
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 pieces pie dough
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions
- Take banana and nutella in a mixing bowl and stir till well combined and stiff.
- Take the dough and divide into two portions.
- Take the first half and roll it out into a rectangle of 14x8 inch which has a thickness of about quarter an inch.
- Cut out 8-pieces using a cookie cutter and repeat with the second half of the dough.
- Put one spoonful of the nutella mixture on each of the pieces and brushing the edges with water, seal the empanadas crimping them with a fork.
- Dust the empanadas with sugar and keep them on a lined baking sheet and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven at 400 F and then put in the empanadas and bake for 20 minutes or till golden in colour.
