Papaya Halwa Recipe
The Papaya Halwa is another sweet delicacy made for special religious events. Papaya is a fruit commonly available and has many health benefits. It is rich in vitamin A and is a good source of fiber.
The papaya should be ripe at the same time should be firm enough to grate the same.

Instructions
- Heat ghee in pan, add grated raw papaya saute it, cook it for 5 mins until it becomes soft.
- Add milk and cook it.
- Boil jaggery with little water in a pan until we get one string consistency, later add to papaya mixture and cook it.
- Heat ghee in another pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, desiccated coconut, almonds and saute it, transfer into papaya mixture and cook for 2 mins, until it become thick.
- Now raw papaya halwa is ready to serve
