- 400 gms Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 10 bamboo skewers soaked in water for 45 minutes

Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets into 2 to 3 cm pieces.
- Combine them with olive oil, garlic and paprika.
- Gently mix and cover it with cling film.
- Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.
- Place them on a preheated chargrill pan over high flame.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked and browned, turning them regularly.
- Remove and serve with sour cream or dipping sauce of choice.
