Pasta Chips Recipe
In how many ways have you tried to cook or prepare your pasta? As a pasta salad, as a pie (read, spaghetti pie), slow cooked in your choice of sauce, or event deep-fried as fritters? But did you know that there exists a recipe that can magically transform the boiled food into crispy chips? Nope, these are not pasta-flavored chips but actual pasta fried as chips!
You read that right! All you need is your choice of pasta (of course this wouldn’t work well with noodle style pastas), some cheese, salt, marinara, and oil for frying. So the next time you have your folk over, surprise them with a batch of pasta chips. Follow the recipe below to fry up some!
