Peach Ice Cream Recipe
Juicy peaches are just so great. Caramelise them, use them in your salads or simply have them raw, simply get in all the lovely nutrition and delicious flavour from them. Today is Peach Ice Cream Day and we’re going to use the fresh fruit from the market and make just that. Here’s how!

Ingredients
- 6 beaten eggs
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 10 peaches
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Take eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk them till you get a smooth mixture.
- Cut up the peach into pieces, remove the seeds and blend them.
- Put the peach puree into the mixing bowl and mix it with the egg and sugar mixture.
- Now whisk in the cream, half-n-half, vanilla and salt.
- Once everything is well combined, put the ice cream mixture in the freezer for about an hour.
