Pegu Club: Gin Sour
This gin sour cocktail is easy to make, and its origin is credited to the Pegu Club in Burma. The revival of classic cocktails means that the gin-based Pegu Club is back in favor.

    Ingredients
    
                - 2 ounces Gin
- 3/4 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- lime wedge for garnish

                - Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
