Instructions
  1. दही को मलमल में डाल कर २५ मिनट के लिए टांग दें ताकि वह गाढ़ा हो जाए। दही का अधिक पानी इकट्ठा करके आदि व्यनजनों में इस्तमाल हो सकता है।
  2. चीनी को दही में अच्छी तरह घोल लें और फिर उसमें केसर, हरी इलाईची पाउडर, और छाछ मिलालें।
  3. नमक डालें और कटे हुए बादाम, पिस्ता आदि से सजाकर ठण्डा परोसें।
