Ingredients
- 12 large Prawns
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tamarind pulp
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons Rice flour
- Oil as required
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash and pat the prawns dry . Mix ginger garlic paste with cumin powder,tamarind pulp red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and rice flour and blend 2 tablespoons of oil in it.
- Marinate prawns in this mixture and leave aside for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Heat oil in pan,add the marnated prawns and cook on high heat for a minute.
- Turn over the prawns and cook for another minute.reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. remove and drain excess oil on paper.
- Sprinkel lime juice and serve hot.
