Pulp Fiction $5 Milkshake Recipe
Some of the most iconic moments of the cult film, Pulp Fiction, involve food. Pumpkin and Ringo decide to rob a diner while having some coffee, Jules debates the merits of a Big Kahuna burger before he kills Brett and Mia Marsellus and Vincent Vega bond over a $5 milkshake at a 1950s theme restaurant.
The $5 Dollar Milkshake
When she orders it, Vega asks Mia why on earth anyone would sell or buy a milkshake for $5 (Rs.350). When it arrives, she lets him have a taste:
In Vega’s words, its “pretty *!#* good.” Today, we’re sharing our a version of that $5 milkshake from Chef Dave Watts of The Cotswold House Hotel, which we’re pretty sure you would pay even more to drink.
Have it as a mid-morning drink or with breakfast.
