Raspberry Rum Cocktail

While browsing Facebook this morning, I came across an interesting article on Buzzfeed which tested a bunch of boozy hacks. One of the hacks the author tried was the jam cocktail, which apparently turned out pretty well so this Raspberry Rum Cocktail by Dessert For Two is actually a white rum-based jam cocktail! Since some fruits aren’t so readily available all the time, this could be a pretty decent hack to try for some more exotic cocktails. • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
• Juice of half a lemon
• 2 ounces white rum
• fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small 8-ounce mason jar.
2. Shake the jars very VERY well to dissolve the jam.
3. Strain and pour over ice. Serve immediately with garnishes.
