Shishito Pepper Caipirinha

- 1 1/2 ounces Cachaca or white rum
- 8-10 shishito peppers
- 3 limes
- 1/2 ounce sugar

Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the limes and sugar. Then, add the shishito peppers—8 to 10, depending on their size—and muddle again. Add the cachaça and a small amount of crushed ice.
- Stir to mix thoroughly, and pour into rocks glass. Top with fresh crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
