Ingredients
- 12 Bread slices
- 1-2 tbsps salted butter
- Salt as required
- pepper powder as required
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 Boiled Potato
- sev as much required for garnishing
For the green chutney
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves (Dhania) Chopped
- 1 tbsp mint leaves /pudina
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 2 tbsps Cashew nuts
- 2 tbsps Peanuts
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch

Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients mentioned for the chutney to a smooth paste. Add only the required amount of water.
- The chutney should be thick and spreadable.
- Wash, peel and sliced the cucumber.
- Wash and cut tomato into slices.
- Wash, peel and slice the onions.
- Slice the boiled potatoes.
- Cut the corners from the bread slices and apply butter on all the slices.
- On one buttered slice, spread generous amount of chutney, arrange the vegetable slices on top of the chutney.
- Sprinkle little salt and pepper powder. Close it another buttered slice and press it very gently.
- Cut the sandwich into bite size pieces, garnish with sev and serve immediately
