Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 onion [Finely chopped]
- 2 tbsp Coconut [grated]
- 2 tbsp Curry leaves, coriander leaves [Finely chopped]
- 1 green chilli [Finely chopped]
- 1 garlic [Finely chopped]
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger [Finely chopped]
- 1 inch cube butter
- A pinch sugar
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and make dough, cover it using white cotton cloth then leave it for 30 min.
- Equally divide the dough and make small balls.
- Sprinkle flour over the balls, flatten it, roll over and make roti as usual.
- Serve hot with tomato gravy.
Recipe Notes
- Add 1 tbsp of curd/ yogurt when making dough [for softness].
