- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4-5 Curry Leaves
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 medium sized chopped tomato
- 1 chopped green chilli
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch garam masala
- 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 packet maggi masala
- 1 1/2 cups Water

- Heat oil in a wok and let the mustard seeds crackle in it.
- Reduce the heat and add curry leaves and soon after add the onions and saute till they get a pinkish tinge.
- Add green chillies and cook for about half a minute before adding the tomatoes.
- After mixing in the tomatoes add the salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder, the tastemaker from the maggi pack and the schezwan sauce.
- Mix it all well adding a spinkle of water if needed and let the masalas cook for a minute with the vegetables forming a chunky sauce like consistency.
- Once you have that consistency adjust the masalas if needed and now add one and half cup of water required to cook the maggi.
- Bring the water to a low boil and after adding the maggi let it come to a full boil.
- Stir the maggi occasionally so that it cooks evenly over medium heat and open pan.
- The maggi should be ready in about 5-7 minutes.
- If you like your maggi soupy turn off the heat when you see the required amount of gravy at the bottom of the pan and serve immediately.
