Thai Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 4 Thai chiles chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil chopped
- Mixed greens

Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and chilies together.
- Rub olive oil over the salmon fillets and then put them in a baking tray.
- Bake the fillets in the oven until they begin to flake.
- Remove the fillets and allow them to cool.
- Break the fillets up to get large chunks of salmon.
- Mix the tomato, basil and onion together and then add the salmon chunks.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and then put it on a bed of mixed greens.
- Serve!
