The Marvellous Mrs Maisel Mini Cake Recipe

                - 2 cups flour
 - 1/2 tsp Salt
 - 2 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 cup softened butter
 - 3/4 cup sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 cup Milk
 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
 
        Icing    
                - 1 cup unsalted butter
 - 2 cups powdered sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
 - 1 drop pink food coloring

    Instructions
    
                - Keep the oven on preheat at 375°F and line the cupcake moulds.
 - Using a hand blender cream the butter and sugar till it turns smooth.
 - Keep beating while adding one egg at a time.
 - Now mix flour with baking soda and salt.
 - Incorporate the flour mixture into the batter alternating with milk.
 - Beat well with the help of the hand blender and at the end incorporate the vanilla essence.
 - Pour the batter into cupcake moulds and bake for about 18 mins.
 - Cool them in the moulds and arrange them on a plate.
 - Cut off the mounds from the cake to make them flat.
 - Make the icing by creaming the butter till fluffy.
 - Beat in sugar followed by vanilla and color.
 - Turn the cupcakes upside down on a doily for each and decorate with the icing.
