Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 3 400 ml cans of chicken broth
- 4 cups of half-and-half
- 1 300 ml of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of prepared salsa
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (shredded)
- 400 grams of black beans
- 400 grams of kidney beans
- 400 grams of corn
- 2 tsp of cumin
- 1 400 grams of tortilla chips
- 200 grams of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter and add the onions and garlic.
- Saute the onions until its softened
- Add the flour and cook until the raw flavour of the flour disappears
- Add the broth and half-and-half
- Add the cream of chicken soup, salsa, shredded chicken, beans, corn and cumin.
- Turn down the heat and simmer for around 15 minutes
- To serve, add the tortilla soups in a bowl and pour the soup on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle with cheese and a dollop of sour cream and serve
