Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large roasting pan on high heat. Add onions then the garlic until nice golden brown, add the Bok Choy drizzle the sesame oil and the salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Reduce the heat to low heat, stir and let it cook for 4 minutes and serve while is hot.
