Instructions
  1. To start off, Whisk together the brown sugar, white sugar, and water.
  2. Add in the Oil and the yoghurt. Once these are well-combined, add the flour (which is mixed along with the baking powder, the baking soda, the cinnamon and nutmeg powder) and mix well.
  3. Keep dividing the batter as you mix it to avoid lumps. Now add in the Red food colour and vanilla essence.
  4. Finally, mix in the nuts and dried fruits.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180*C for 45 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
