• 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1 tbsp minced jalapeno
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 large avocado
• 1/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds
• 3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

1. Mince together onion, jalapenos, salt, half the amount of cilantro.
2. Mix in the lime juice and the avocado.
3. Now add leftover cilantro, almonds and blue cheese.
4. Mix it in till well combined.
