Young Sheldon Mac N Cheese Recipe
Adult Sheldon might be giving out specifics on a Thai takeout but had scarcely any complaints about the food his mother cooked. With most plates of juicy meats and vegetables there was sometimes a helping of mac n cheese. Boy! If only we could get our hands on one of those Mary Cooper dinners!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar

Instructions
- Boil macaroni in salted boiling water till al dente.
- Drain the water and keep macaroni aside.
- In a pan heat butter and add flour along with salt and pepper.
- Now add milk and stir.
- Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Now add the cheese and cook for another five minutes.
- Add macaroni, stir and turn off the flame once the sauce sticks to the pasta.
