Young Sheldon Meatloaf Recipe
It’s so exciting to watch Young Sheldon and his antics as the second season advances. Through both seasons, Mary Cooper’s food has looked oh so good that we’d kill for some of the meatloaf she makes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp light-brown sugar
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Put the oven on preheat at 350 F.
- Add beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, two spoons of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well with your hands till the ingredients are combined.
- Put the mixture into the loaf pan and flatten it a bit.
- Mix some ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar in a bowl till combined.
- Pour this over the meatloaf and bake for 55 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a minimum of 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
