We love they way food portions are served in the show Young Sheldon. There’s so much variety on one plate: portion of brisket, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and even a muffin.

Instructions
  1. Begin by setting the oven on preheat at 400 degrees.
  2. Place the liners in the moulds and grease the insides with cooking spray.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another till well combined.
  4. Now bring the two together, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. Pour the batter till 3/4th of the moulds and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Bring them down to room temperature and serve.
