While fasting is auspicious for Hindus, it comes with rules that need to be followed while eating food. In order to keep up with the festival and the consumer’s beliefs, Executive Chef Gaurav Anand along with his culinary team has introduced special Satvik Thali which consists of delicious vegetarian fare.
