Mysore Pak is one of the most eaten Indian sweets. People find it difficult to make it at home because they think it is a laborious process. Well it is not, actually. These simple little secrets will pave your way to make the perfect Mysore Pak.

Every procedure has rules. Yes, even Mysore Pak.

Making Mysore Pak needs lot of patience and attention. Make sure you sieve the flour before proceeding further. Remember, no lumps equals a perfect melt-in-the-mouth sweet. Mix the flour with a little ghee. Heat the sugar in water till reaches a sticky consistency. Slowly add the flour stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed. NO LUMPS AGAIN. When it is well blended, pour in HOT ghee into the mixture. Cook till the mixture becomes frothy and the ghee separates. Spread out on a greased plate. When firm, cut the Mysore Pak into squares.
