Ingredients
To grind to a paste
- 1/2 cup Coconut shredded or sliced
- 1 tbsp Dalia
- 5-6 green chillies
- 1/2 piece "of ginger"
- 1 clove garlic
- salt to taste
- few coriander leaves
To season
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp channa dal + urad dal
- Few curry leaves

Instructions
- Grind the ingredients under "to grind" into a paste with a little water. Make sure it's not too runny.
- Heat oil in a small pan and add the mustard seeds.
- Once they start to pop, add the dals.
- Once the dals start to brown slightly, add the curry leaves and remove from the heat.
- Add the seasoning to the paste and stir well.
- Serve with dosa, idli or bajji.
