1. Ginger
Ginger has been used for centuries as a remedy for treating cramps, nausea, flatulence and bad digestion. It improves blood circulation and has anti-inflaming and antivirus properties. Cut up a piece of ginger into small, little cubes, add it water and drink. Be sure to eat the chopped ginger after. We also advice a mouth freshener after especially if you’re going out on a date.
2. Cinnamon
Cinnamon regulates the blood sugar level and also helps in the fat reducing process. It is also a remedy against viruses which improves bad digestion as well. Add one piece of cinnamon into a glass of water and let it stand there until it aromatizes the water. Drink the water during the day.
3. Clove
Clove helps with problems in organs included in the digestion process and successfully fights against parasites that are found in the human body. Put three to five cloves in water and let the stand still until they release their flavor into the water. After you drink the water you can eat the cloves but be careful because they are quite spicy.
4. Freshly Squeezed Lemon
Both lemon and lime are excellent sources of vitamin C, an important antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals, but also clean the body and help digestion. Squeeze half a lemon or lime in water.
5. Mint Leaves
Mint Leaves help with stomach pain, activating the salivary glands and in digestion of food in the body. What we suggest is putting a piece of lemon and some mint leaves in a bottle of water and store in your fridge. Drink through the day to remain fresh.
6. Cucumber
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and add to water in a bottle. Water has fresh taste and it is useful for expelling toxins from organs included in the digestion process.
