8 No Bake Cheesecakes For The Cheesecake Lover To Make At Home

on

One of the greatest wonders of the world is being able to make our favourite dishes without having to own every cooking gadget out there. Most people are not comfortable using ovens and there are others who want an easy way to make the same thing most people would make in a large and fancy kitchen. To those people, we say, ‘you’re not lazy, you’d just prefer a simpler method’.

It might take a lot longer because you need to put everything into the freezer for a few hours before it’s ready to be served, but seriously, it is easier and less complicated in the long run. The things you need before you start making your cheesecakes are baking pans, a hand blender or a mixer, all your important cooking utensils and you’re good to go!

Here are some really simple and easy no bake cheesecakes that you can make at home any time of day and without too much of a headache.

Nutella Cheesecake

8

This is one of the most popular and easy cheesecake recipes to make. Once you’ve beaten your cream cheese, add the Nutella in and blend it all together. Then pour that over the crumbled biscuit base you made earlier. Freeze it all and then just top it with hazelnuts and more Nutella before you serve.

Peaches & Cream Cheesecake

6

One of the most popular desserts can also be turned into a cheesecake. Beat the peaches to a pulp and mix it with cream, then add it to the cream cheese mixture and add some peach slices into the mixture before you pour over the base and freeze. You can garnish with more peaches, or even make a peach compote to pour over it.

Oreo Cheesecake

1

Crumble lots of Oreo cookies and use half for the cheesecake base and use the rest of it in the cream cheese mixture. Freeze it all together and garnish with more cookies or crumbled cookies when serving.

Strawberry Cheesecake

4

Like the peaches and cream cheesecake, you just need to blend sliced strawberries with the cream cheese and when pouring it over the base, add some more strawberry slices and freeze. That way, each slice of cheesecake gets you some fruit along with the flavour of strawberry.

Red Velvet Cheesecake

3

Essentially, red velvet is just food colouring, but it’s also about the red colour and the sweetness of it. We must apologise if we burst your red velvet bubble, but it was time. Add the colouring to the cream cheese mixture and use Oreo cookies for the base, give it a little more of a kick. Top with whipped cream when you serve and it’s perfect.

Lemon Cheesecake

7

Lemon juice goes into the cream cheese mixture and use regular digestive biscuits for the base. Depending on how tarty you want the cheesecake to be, you add that much lemon juice. It might just be the simplest one on this list.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

5

Remember the Nutella cheesecake? Replace all the mentions of Nutella with Peanut Butter and voila, you have a cheesecake. Add a little peanut butter to the biscuit base mixture, so that it’s a little sturdier.

Salted Caramel Cheesecake

2

Once you’ve blended and mixed your cream cheese, add in a spoon or two of your salted caramel mixture. Once you’ve poured the cream cheese over the base, top it off with the remainder of your salted caramel and freeze. Before you serve, you can add some cream or some crushed nuts. Voila, all done!
