Easy Lobster Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium yellow onion minced
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Melt the butter and add the onion and garlic.
- Sauté until golden.
- Stir in the brandy and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the flour and cook for two minutes. Add the cream and bring to boil.
- Add the lobster, nutmeg, salt and butter.
- Pour the lobster mixture into separate pot pie pans and top with the pastry. Brush with the eggs.
- Bake until golden for 20-25 minutes.
