Max’s The Earl Cupcake Recipe
Who isn’t fond of the ladies man, Earl from the show Two Broke Girls. His and Max’s banter is absolutely hilarious and Williamsburg Diner wouldn’t be the same without him. This cupcake is dedicated to him. So go and check out the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (semisweet)
- 1 handful Chocolate Chips
- frosting of choice
- 1 chocolate bar

Instructions
- Begin by preheating the oven for 375°F
- Line the cookie tins with paper cupcake liners.
- Beat butter and sugar in the bowl for two minutes till its crumbly.
- Add and beat well then add the egg white and beat that in as well.
- Keep beating on high speed till the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add buttermilk, water, vinegar and vanilla to the bowl.
- Take flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and combine them well.
- Beat this into the batter till its just moist.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Put the mixture into the moulds and bake for 15-18 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.
- Keep the cupcakes aside to cool.
- When the cupcakes have cooled down completely, frost it with your favourite frosting.
- Lightly ice the cupcake with your choice of chocolate icing.
- Take 1/3 cup of icing and melt it with semisweet chips for 15-30 seconds and drizzle it over the cupcakes.
- Take your favourite chocolate bar and put it in deep freezer for a few minutes.
- Grate this chocolate over the cupcakes before serving.
