The Big Bang Theory Shrimp Caesar Salad Recipe
The gang loves to hangout at the Cheesecake Factory and have some or the other preferences or eating disorders. In the case of Howard, he orders a Shrimp Caesar Salad with no almonds. We hear you Howard and here’s the recipe we love.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 1 anchovy fillet drained and mashed
- 1 ounce grated Parmesan
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 7 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Cooking spray
- 1 pound peeled and deveined extra-large shrimp
- 2 ounces French baguette
- 10 cup baby romaine lettuce

- In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, lemon rind, lemon juice, black pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, mashed anchovy fillet, Parmesan and garlic.
- Keep adding 1 tbsp of the oil and keep whisking.
- After the oil is well combined, keep a grill pan on medium heat.
- Drizzle cooking spray on the pan.
- Add shrimp and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and toss.
- Cook the shrimp on both sides for 2 1/2 minutes till you see a grill mark and the shrimp is cooked.
- Cut the baguette slices into 8 pieces, brush with oil and cook on the same pan for about a minute.
- Before serving, add the baby lettuce to the mayo mix and toss.
- Divide the mix into four portions, divide the shrimp evenly and serve with two sliced of bread per person.
