Navratri Special: Sabudana Khichdi Recipe
Spiced lightly, Sabudana Khichdi is an important dish during Navaratri celebration.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of sabuduna
- 1/2 cup of Peanuts roasted
- 1 Potato cut in to small cubes
- 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds
- 3-4 dried red chili
- •Few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp of chilli powder
- 1 tbsp of coriander leaves
- 1 Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of Lemon juice

Instructions
- Soak the Sabudana in the water for an hour. After an hour, drain the water and spread it over a thick cloth for about an hour to absorb the remaining water.
- Mix the sabudana well with peanuts, salt and chilli powder. Make sure that the sabudana is properly mixed with the other ingredients.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the cumin seeds, red chili and curry leaves, and stir it well. Add the potatoes and saute it well. When the chili turns a bit dark, add the sabudana mixture and mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- After it's done cooking, take it off the heat and add lemon juice to it, and mix it well. Garnish it with the green chillies and coriander leaves.
