Desperate Housewives Gabrielle’s Enchiladas Recipe
Who can ever forget the gorgeous Gabrielle, her drool-worthy wardrobe and delicious Mexican food like these delicious Enchiladas. They’re made with lean meat without a wonder because she wouldn’t want gaining even a kilo extra.

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 pound lean ground beef
 - 1 chopped onion
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar
 - 1/4 tsp pepper
 - 1/3 cup chopped capsicum
 - 2/3 cup Water
 - 1 clove finely chopped garlic
 - 8 flour tortillas

    Instructions
    
                - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 - Heat up an iron skillet and cook the beef in it for 10 minutes till it turns brown.
 - Drain the beef and add onion, sour cream, cheddar, and pepper.
 - Mix it well, cover and keep aside.
 - In a pan put the bell pepper, water, cumin, garlic and tomato sauce and give it a boil while stirring occasionally.
 - Reduce the heat once the puree comes to a boil and simmer for five minutes.
 - Pour the mixture into a pie plate and begin dipping the tortillas till they are covered by the sauce.
 - Divide the beef mixture into 8 portions and put each portion on a tortilla.
 - Roll the tortilla around the filling and put them on a baking dish.
 - Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and bake them for 20 minutes till it bubbles.
 - Serve hot and garnish with chopped onions, shredded cheese and sour cream.
