Mint Melon Popsicle Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe chunks
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups honeydew chunks
- 1 tablespoon limeade concentrate
- thawed 2 mint leaves

    Instructions
    
                - In a blender, add cantaloupe and orange juice and puree until it is smooth
- Pour the mixture into pop moulds or paper cups.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until the top becomes firm.
- Now, puree the honeydew, limeade, and mint.
- Remove the molds from freezer and top with the honeydew mixture.
