Ingredients
- 250 g dried noodles or rice vermicelli
- 300 g chicken fillet (finely sliced) or peeled green prawns
- 230 g Valcom Laksa Paste
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml TCC Coconut Milk
- 1½ cups water or chicken stock
- 4 Shallots (finely sliced)
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- light soy sauce to taste

Instructions
- Prepare noodles as per pack instruction. Drain and separate into four serving bowls.
- Fry one jar of laksa paste with oil over low heat until fragrant.
- Add the meat until cooked over medium high heat, slowly adding coconut milk, water and light soy sauce. Bring to the boil before adding sliced shallots.
- Remove from heat immediately and serve laksa soup in the noodle bowls with fresh bean sprouts.
