- 2 cups Rice
- 4 tbsp Sooji
- cup ½Carrots chopped
- cup ½French Beans chopped
- cup ½Green Peas mashed
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Grind rice after soaking it in water for 4 hours.
- Make this into a thick batter, adding roasted rava to the batter.
- Add salt and the finely chopped vegetables.
- Put into the idli mould and steam for 10 minutes doing this in batches.
- Serve hot with ghee.
Recipe Notes
Add 1 tsp red chilli powder to add a little extra spice.
