- 1 cup boondi
- 1 cup sev
- 1/2 cup groundnuts
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- 1 cup Poha
- 1 cup roasted bengal gram
- 2 cups oil for frying
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup dried green peas
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp dried mango powder

Instructions
- Keep the peas soaked in water overnight.
- Strain and dry the peas and heat some oil for frying.
- Now one by one fry the peas, groundnuts, cashews, poha and bengal gram.
- Drain excess oil from all and put them in a mixing bowl.
- Roast the curry leaves for about a minute and add them to the mixing bowl as well.
- Now add the sev, boondi, raisins, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, mango powder to the bowl and mix it all till well combined.
- Store in an air-tight jar till later use.
