Jal-jeera G&T
If you’re a big fan of the basic G&T, why not mix things up a bit with this Jal-jeera G&T take? Courtesy of Kava, Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road, this Indian take on a Gin and Tonic is as refreshing as it is delicious!

Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml cumin honey syrup
- 1/2 pinch Black salt
- 1/2 pinch chaat masala
- Tonic water
- basil leaves and dehydrated orange for garnish

Instructions
- For Cumin Honey Syrup, gently roast 30mg of cumin seeds. Add 250ml of water to it and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the flame and blend with 500ml honey
- Now, shake all the ingredients together except the tonic water.
- Top up with tonic water
