Batata Chi Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups boiled potato cubes
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds jeera
- 4-5 leaves Curry kadi patta
- 3 green chillies slit green chillies
- 1 tbsp roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
- pinch aof sugar
- Salt to taste

- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander dhania

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves, green chillies and the potatoes, mix well and cook on a medium lame for 1 minute.
- Add the peanuts, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
