Carom seeds lend their flavour to the chicken in this dish.
Instructions
  1. Mix chicken pieces with carom seeds, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli flakes and salt in a bowl and set aside to marinate for thirty minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken pieces and sear on high heat for eight to ten minutes. Add cream and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for five to six minutes.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
