Ingredients
- 3 tbsp curd
- 3 tbsp sev
- 15-20 spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp carom seeds
- 1/4 tsp nigella seeds
- 4 tsp jaggery chutney
- 4 tsp mint coriander chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Add gram flour to a bowl, add in rice flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, nigella seeds, salt and water and mix well.
- Now dip in the spinach leaves and immediately deep fry in hot oil.
- Remove in a strainer and before serving place fried spinach leaves in a dish and add beaten curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, sev, chaat Masala and serve.
