Ingredients
- inch Mutton cut into 2pieces on the bone cooked with sa750 grams
- Oil 3 tablespoons
- leaves Bay2-3
- Cloves 3-
- Black peppercorns 4-5
- Dried red chillies 5-6
- Onions chopped2 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons
- Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons
- Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Yogurt 2 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- Coriander seeds roasted and crushed1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns and red chillies and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked mutton along with the stock and mix well.
- Adjust salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and add yogurt and cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle crushed coriander seeds on top and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot
