- 2 cups capsicum rings
To Be Mixed Into A Smooth Thick Batter
- 1/2 cup plain flour maida
- 5 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper kalimirch
- salt to taste
- 3/4 cup Water
- other ingredients
- Oil for deep frying
- chaat masala for sprinkling

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip a few capsicum rings in the batter and drop them in hot oil and deep-fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle little chaat masala evenly over them and serve immediately.
