Celebrate Republic Day In Style With Brunch At Sheraton Grand In Bengaluru

A special Indian and Continental street food themed buffet spread at Feast, a multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant, will be part of Sheraton Grand’s celebration of the 67th Republic Day. The buffet will feature a delectable spread of street food varieties from all parts of the world with numerous dishes to delight your palette. 

The buffet will consist of a variety of dishes from both Indian and Continental cuisines. The special brunch buffet will feature live cooking stations for Appam with vegetable stew and an assortment of chutneys and a biryani counter with three varities, Lamb, Chicken and Vegetable. The street food theme is on show with an assortment of chaats including pani puri and pav bhaji, prepared right in front of you and a chicken shawarma counter with various condiments. 

Republic Day

The Continental fare as part of the Republic Day buffet spread will feature Western and Asian cuisines including a  Moroccan style roasted lamb leg, baked red snapper and live counters featuring mouth-watering pizzas and pastas. The Asian cuisine will feature a live sushi counter and a stiry fry mongolian counter. The menu for this special Republic Day brunch is carefully curated by Chefs Pram Kumar and John Koshy, with the dishes prepared using the freshest of ingredients.

The Republic Day brunch will take place at Feast, a multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant featuring the World’s cuisines, from 12:30pm to 4:00pm. As part of the brunch, guests can choose either the buffet items or order in from the a-la-carte menu with various mouth-watering desserts and salads to choose from. The brunch is priced at Rs. 1795 (plus taxes) for non-alcoholic menu and Rs. 2295 (plus taxes) for the menu featuring unlimited spirits, wines and beers.
