Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Recipe
Banana Cake on its own is a pretty spectacular thing to enjoy, but imagine adding chocolate chips to that mixture and you have a winner! Yes, before you ask, this is very different from banana bread, which you’ll need an oven for. Our version uses a microwave, which is easy and something that everyone can get their hands on. It’s got a host of ingredients, but it’s all easy to put together and present to anyone and everyone. You ready?

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 large bananas
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams butter melted
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup sugar powdered
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Splash vanilla essence
- 150 grams chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
- Mash the bananas and set aside
- In a large bowl beat the eggs and sugar together and then add in the butter
- Add in the bananas and mix nicely
- Then add in the yogurt and vanilla
- Mix the baking powder and flour together and add to the mixture
- Pour it into a microwave safe dish and split the layers with chocolate pieces
- Put it in the microwave for 7-10 minutes
- And serve!
