Easter’s Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh strawberries stems removed, washed and sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Fresh Strawberries and Whipped Cream to top

Instructions
- Puree everything except the cream together until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream just until stiff peaks form.
- Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the mousse into individual bowls, glasses or cups. Refrigerate a few hours before serving. Top the individual servings with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry to serve.
