Garlic Soya Chilli Prawns Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 ml Sesame oil
- 5 g Garlic Cloves crushed
- 5 g Dry Red Chilli
- 50 g Prawns de-shelled
- 5 g rock salt
- 5 ml Mirin Wine
- 5 ml rice wine vinegar
- 5 g corriander
- 5 ml sweet chilli sauce
- black pepper

Instructions
- Heat Sesame oil in a wok. Add the crushed garlic and dry red chilli. Sautee till fragrant.
- Add the Prawns and sauté.
- Throw in the salt, black pepper, mirin and rice wine vinegar. Cook for two-three minutes till prawns are cooked through.
- Remove prawns onto a plate and garnish with coriander leaves and sweet chili sauce. Serve immediately.
