AnnaMaya, the modern European food hall at Andaz Delhi, is a destination that brings to life myriad artisan stories through a series of immersive experiences and recipes every day. In their endeavour to promote the AnnaMaya Heroes – the wonderful artisans who make the essence of this award winning foodhall, they are celebrating Love for the Mountains by dedicating the month of April to products, ingredients and recipes from the mighty mountains. This will be a highlight of the Lazy Sunday Breakfast which is AnnaMaya’s very popular version of Sunday Brunch.
Throughout April (every Sunday) , you can enjoy immersive pop-ups featuring the visiting Artisans from the mountains as well as relish signature recipes that bring out the Mountain love through locally sourced regional ingredients like Himalayan black salt, Black soya bean sprouts, Himalayan honey, Ladakhi black peas, Zakia seeds amongst others.
Artisan partners like C Green, Umang, Café Juniyali, Original Indian Table and many more will be coming to AnnaMaya to give the guests a peek into their efforts to promote sustainable and organic, produce that also enables communities to gain by supporting the society.
The pop-ups will include activities like live making of strawberry jam, showcase of ingredients sourced from the mountains – amaranth grain, turmeric, apple juice and artisanal cheese. A special fruit market setup and a month-end artisanal shop will also be organized at AnnaMaya, where guests can take back the freshest of fruits and artisanal ingredients, to eat mindful, even at home.
The artisanal products are available at AnnaMaya all through the year.
